Draft and proofread briefs, legal memoranda, and statements of issues involved in immigration cases; conduct research on laws, rules, and policies regarding immigration and analyze potential effects on immigration; generate legal briefs with analysis and argument in support of motions and appeals; confer with attorneys regarding various immigration issues; participate in conferences with clients to collect and analyze clients’ legal issues; propose feasible solutions to clients’ situation and communicate with clients; maintain and update case management system and keep track of case status. Master’s degree in Law (LLM) or Legal Studies plus 6 months of experience in job offered or as Legal Researcher.
